This scholarship provides financial assistance and mentorship to female African students pursuing undergraduate studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The program, run by the WAAW Foundation, aims to increase the pipeline of African women in STEM fields and technology innovation. It targets high-achieving, need-based students who demonstrate a strong commitment to leadership and giving back to their communities. Recipients are expected to start a STEM Outreach Chapter at their university to promote STEM education for girls.
